This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Use and explains when and how you can get a refund.
Cancellation and refunds
Full Report — 14-day refund. If a Full Report does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed by our payment provider. There are no conditions or exceptions, and this applies even after the Report has been generated and delivered to you.
Compare & Monitor. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@clarityintel.ai; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You may request a full refund of a charge within 14 days of that charge.
These refund rights are in addition to, and do not limit, your non-waivable statutory rights as a Consumer in the United Kingdom — including under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (see clause 15).
