Cancellation and refunds
Full Report — 14-day refund. If a Full Report does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed by our payment provider. There are no conditions or exceptions, and this applies even after the Report has been generated and delivered to you.
Compare & Monitor. You can cancel online at any time through your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You may request a full refund of a charge within 14 days of that charge.
These refund rights are in addition to, and do not limit, your non-waivable rights under the consumer-protection laws of your state, including any statutory cancellation or refund rights.
