SMEInspect
For accountants and bookkeepers

Be the adviser who found the money.

Most of your clients are overpaying on card fees, energy, phone and software. SMEInspect finds it and fixes it. You present the findings. We do the legwork.

Why partner

Good for your clients, easy for your practice

A ready-made advisory service

Present a 'Supplier Health Review' under your name and bill it as advisory work if you choose.

Results clients can see

Savings show up on the next bill. It's a simple, concrete win to bring to a client meeting.

No work for your team

No quotes, no supplier calls, no paperwork. We handle every switch and confirm the saving.

No risk to the relationship

No saving means no fee. Every supplier commission is disclosed in dollars before the client approves.

Fees

You choose how you're involved

Pick one arrangement for your practice. We build the paperwork around it, including written disclosure to your client.

Referral fee

A flat A$400 for each referred client who goes ahead, with written disclosure built in.

Advisory fee only

No referral fee. You charge your client for presenting the review. Suits firms with audit or review clients.

Pass it to your client

We apply the referral fee as a discount on your client's fee.

Clients you refer get their review free. Businesses that come to us directly pay A$249 for it.

Pilot

Try it with three to five clients

Pick a few clients you think are overpaying. Their reviews are free, and you see the findings before they do.

  • Free reviews for every client you refer.
  • You see the findings first, so you decide how to present them.
  • Standard fee only if they go ahead: 25% of the first year's saving, and nothing unless the saving goes live.

Especially useful if you work with

  • Cafés and restaurants
  • Dental and health practices
  • Gyms and fitness studios
  • Childcare centres

These businesses spend heavily on card fees, energy and software, which is where savings are biggest and quickest. Works with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks.
